Damaged by the earthquake of November 26th, this building became part of the list of buildings for reconstruction in the city of Durres.

It is currently ranked as the school with the largest capacity.

The school building is developed in 4 floors of classrooms, ground floor dedicated to administrative and common functions, as well as a basement floor which is half floor above ground to receive natural light and ventilation, to have a sustainable solution and with spatial quality. Meanwhile, the Kindergarten, positioned in the southern part of the complex and developed on two floors, is conceived to be only 1 floor above level 0 of the school yard to maximize the sunshine of the yard.
